Plan Your Visit

Welcome

We know visiting a church can be overwhelming. We care about people. We care about you! No matter who you are or where you’ve been, we want you to feel at home.  Below we have prepared some answers to questions you may have before visiting us at Church Alive. We can’t wait to meet you!

What to Expect?

First of all, we are so happy that you are interested in our church and would love for you to get to know us. There is reserved visitor parking in the row closest to the building. Each Sunday we have greeters at the door to welcome everyone as they arrive. We will not embarrass you, have you stand up, or ask you to give money. We know that many people want to check out the church and “be anonymous” for a while—and that’s fine with us! Come in, enjoy the relaxed atmosphere, and see if this is the church for you. There is a visitors table in the lobby that we would love for you to stop by if you feel comfortable.

How Long is A Service?

Sundays at Church Alive are about 90 minutes in length. Services begin with the music team leading the congregation with a variety of songs. The lyrics are projected so you can sing along and/or engage as you feel most comfortable. Once the music portion is done, there will be a brief highlight of upcoming events and other announcements. Following that, one of our pastors will share a message focused on Jesus that has a meaningful application to your life.

What About My Kids?

Our goal within the K!ds Alive Ministry is to provide a safe environment for children from nursery age up to fifth grade and to share the love of God.
Our nursery area provides child care for snugglers on up to the age of 5. If this is your first week coming, we ask that you register your child at the desk before entering the K!ds Alive area, or online through our "K!ds ALive" page. This ensures the safety of each child.
Kids ages Preschool to 5th grade receive the life changing message of Jesus Christ from our volunteers in a relevant, creative, and engaging manner. Each volunteer does have a background check done before they begin helping.
During our Sunday morning service, we encourage children in 6th grade and up to join their family in the sanctuary for worship and sermon for the week.
More information for K!ds Alive and Ignite Youth can be found on their page under the “Ministries” section.

What Should I Wear?

You’ll find everything from casual clothes to business suits at our Sunday Service. Come in what is comfortable for you, because Church Alive is not about what you look like or what you wear.
